Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Handling :

Most orders will ship between 1 and 3 business days. Some orders take additional time to process in order to arrange for the best freight rate possible.

Free Shipping :

Many of our items have a “free shipping” promotion. Free shipping does not include lift gate fees that can be associated with shipping larger items by freight truck. Orders processed without freight will be charged actual shipping expenses in the event of a return, and these shipping charges are not subject to return credit. Free shipping promotions only apply to locations that fall under our shipping restrictions guidelines.

Shipping Restrictions :

D & J Farm Supply currently ships to the lower 48 contiguous US States only. Some shipping restrictions may also apply to customers who live on an island with no access or limited access via bridge/ferry or remote locations throughout the US such as but not limited to the upper peninsula of Michigan and a few small portions of Montana. At this time, we do not ship to Canada due to the size and freight costs related to our products.

Freight Damage:

All freight must be inspected at time of delivery for damage. If product is found to be damaged, we require you to refuse delivery. All freight claims must be noted on the bill of lading at time delivery. Failure to note any freight damage on the bill of lading makes the consignee responsible for all freight damages. DandJFarmSupply.com will gladly help with the re-shipment of replacement products when the consignee has properly noted such damage during delivery. If shipment is refused due to damage, please contact us so we may order a replacement product. Our remedy for Damaged/Defective Goods will be either replacement parts or a new replacement of the same model at no charge. If you decide you do not want replacement parts or a replacement model, the item can only be returned to us according to our Return Policy. Refused deliveries that are not covered under our Freight Damage Policy will be refunded the original purchase price minus our actual shipping costs to and from the delivery location and a 20% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel an order at any time without incurring any shipping and/or restocking fees prior to an order being shipped. Orders that have been shipped but not yet received by you cannot be cancelled. You can, however, return the merchandise without being charged any restocking fees as long as the return is processed according to our returns policy.

Returns:

Customers may return any Product purchased at DandJFarmsupply.com for any reason within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in new and sellable condition. To return a Product, Customer must call 1-509.257.1066 or submit our contact form and request a product return to info@dandjfarmsupply.com you must include order number, item(s) being returned and reason for return in your form submission. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Many of our products come with free shipping, if you return a product that received free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. D & J Farm Supply cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit during the return process. Please be sure to properly package and insure all return shipments. D & J Farm Supply requires that you return your Product with prepaid insurance using UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or Parcel Post. D & J Farm Supply will not accept any shipment sent C.O.D. D & J Farm Supply requires that you return your Product with all of its original packaging material. Credit will be less freight and any applicable restocking fees. Orders processed without freight, or where freight has been waived, will be charged actual shipping expenses in the event of a return, and these shipping charges are not subject to return credit. We can only refund money to the original purchaser. If item was received as a gift the items may be exchanged for different items. The original purchaser must initiate refunds.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days of item receipt.
