Track Tractor Wheel Warranty Term Change

Camso had conducted a review of wheel warranties offered through all sales channels, and has determined that in order to synchronize the wheel parts service warranty offering by Camso to all Ag cust omers, we need to adjust our aftermarket wheel warranty terms and conditions.

Prior Warranty Term

24 months or 2000 hours, whichever comes first, defects in materials and workmanship

New Warranty Term

12 months, defects in materials and workmanship

Discussion

Although the calendar months were reduced, we have dropped the hours limit in order to better support higher hour user s during the 12 month term...

Also note that CTS coated wheels as well as TTS uncoated wheels have always been 12 months, defects in materials and work manship, so these remain unchanged.

Effectivity

The warranty change is effective Feb 1. 2016.

Wheels sold to end users prior to Feb 1, 2016 by our distribution network will be grandfathered in and carry the earlier warranty terms.
